PureMeltzCreations offers handmade and personalised products, which may include:

  • Handmade wax melts and wax melt gift sets.

We aim to describe and photograph all products accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen and display settings.

As some items are handmade, minor variations in appearance, colour, finish or design may occur. These variations will not affect your statutory rights.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£), unless otherwise stated.

Delivery charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed, unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors before accepting an order. If a pricing error affects an order already placed, we will contact you to agree how to proceed.

4. Orders and Personalised Products

Please check your order carefully before submitting it.

For personalised products, customers are responsible for checking that names, spellings, dates, colours and other personalisation details are correct.

We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once production has started.

If we identify an issue with your personalisation details, we may contact you before proceeding. This may delay dispatch.

Custom-made and personalised products may be exempt from the usual change-of-mind cancellation right. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, damaged or not as described.

5. Delivery and Postage

We aim to process and dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on the relevant product listing or at checkout.

Available delivery services, estimated delivery times and postage charges will be shown before purchase.

We may use Royal Mail, Evri or another suitable delivery service.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Delays may occasionally occur because of circumstances outside our control.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when ordering.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us so that we can investigate.

If a parcel is lost, damaged or delayed, we will work with you and the delivery provider to resolve the issue in accordance with applicable law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

6. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

We want our customers to be happy with their purchases.

Physical products

For most products purchased online, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. You normally then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Certain exceptions apply, including qualifying personalised or custom-made products and certain sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Where a valid cancellation applies, we will process refunds in accordance with applicable consumer law, including the rules on standard delivery charges and return postage.

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly described products

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or materially different from its description, please contact us with your order details and, where helpful, photographs.

We will work with you to arrange the appropriate remedy, which may include a refund, repair or replacement, depending on your legal rights.

Nothing in these terms removes or limits your statutory consumer rights.

Digital downloads

Digital products are supplied electronically. Please check the product description, file type, format and compatibility information before purchasing.

Digital downloads are generally non-returnable once downloading or streaming begins only where you have given the required express consent to immediate supply and acknowledged that this means you lose your cancellation right.

If you have not given that consent and acknowledgement, your applicable cancellation rights remain in place.

Faulty or incorrectly described digital products remain subject to your statutory rights.

7. Wax Melt Safety

Our wax melts are intended for use in suitable wax warmers only, following the instructions supplied with the product and the warmer manufacturer's guidance.

  • Never eat or ingest wax melts.

  • Keep away from children and pets.

  • Keep away from naked flames and other ignition sources.

  • Do not leave a wax warmer unattended.

  • Keep melted wax away from skin and eyes.

  • Do not add water to melted wax.

  • Stop using a product if it appears damaged or unsafe.

Please read all product labels and safety information before use.

8. Use of Digital Products

Unless a product listing states otherwise, digital downloads are supplied for the purchaser's personal use.

You may print or use files for their intended purpose, subject to the licence stated on the individual listing.

You must not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense or claim ownership of our digital files or designs, except where the applicable product licence expressly permits it.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights to you.

9. Intellectual Property

All original designs, product photographs, written content, branding and digital files created by PureMeltzCreations remain the property of their respective rights holders.

You may not copy, reproduce or commercially exploit our content without the relevant permission or licence.

10. Privacy and Personal Information

We use customer information to process orders, arrange delivery, communicate with customers and meet our legal obligations.
